S’Mores.

Yes, I said S’mores. It’s been a long time, but for some strange reason (namely my friend Amanda) I had s’mores tonight … the simple old trusted recipe of graham crackers, marshmallows, and Hershey’s chocolate bar. I have this thing where my marshmallows have to be perfectly golden brown, melted in the middle, but not burned and not still fluffy. Amanda’s a little less patient and just burns hers to get it done faster. Very nice, either way. Quite an enjoyable end to the weekend.
