In a few hours I jump on a plane to Reno. My grandparents just moved to a new house there, and I was going to go last weekend to help out. However, things got busy, and I had to rework my schedule.

I guess it’s actually for the best the way things worked out: My grandmother took a fall and practially “scalped” herself. Forty stitches later, and she’s relatively okay … but it’s still worrisome.

In other news, hits to my blog spiked a couple of days back. Tracking them back, I found that most came from one source: my current client. (Hello, again!) So we had a brief, pleasant discussion, and for what I considered good reasons I’ve decided to voluntarily remove some of the potentially sensitive information. (It hasn’t changed the meaning nor message of any of the posts, though.)

Onto another unrelated topic: the MuscleCar1000 is coming up, and I’ll be the official photographer/videographer. I’m wondering if you loyal readers would like to see some daily pictures and commentary here, or if I should just post it on an official MC1000 blog (which will mean it’s the “official” story, not my story). Let me know if you care one way or the other.
