brewed tea?

Just a question? Is it normal to brew tea in the coffeemaker?
‘Cause I was too lazy to figure out the microwave in this apartment,
and so I just threw the teabag in the coffeemaker (you
know, where the filter would go) and brewed it like coffee. It came
out pretty good, and I don’t know if that’s strange, or everyone does
it. Anyway…

We got a “12 hour per day policy” implemented [content removed]. I suppose it’s good, because I have other things I really should have been doing (like quotes for The Calendar Factory and
replying to calls/emails). But at the same time, it’s a drag to have
12 hours off in between working. If I’m going to be all the way out
here, I’d rather just plow through the work, and get more done.

Last night I got a quick tour of the recording studio.
Unbelievable. The sound board was the largest I’ve ever seen
(probably times 2!). The sound studio was covered in sound-absorbing
equipment, and was 100% silent — something that I realized almost
NEVER happens in daily life. In addition, the sound absorption
materials made it sound like your voice simply dropped to the floor
when you spoke, and was a little eerie … almost suffocating…. but
clearly very well-designed.

Alright, one last run to the coffeemaker for more tea, then I have
other work to go do.
