By the way, tomorrow night (it’s about 2 am Thursday/Friday right now) we’ll be on a sleeper car down to Cordoba or Granada (I forget), so I have no idea when I’ll be able to post again. I can assure you, though, tomorrow will be a day of -spectacular- photos.

For a moment there we wondered if heading down a dark, small alley
and being surrounded by a not-so-good looking group of guys was a bad

oh, paris…

Yeah, forgot to mention that I calculated our paris layover
incorrectly, and it was only 3 hours … no time to go into town from
the airport. My impression of French people: they smoke so much that
vegas smells downright clean — like the rocky mountains! — compared
to how smoky everything is (including the restaurants) in the airport
….. cough cough …

Okay … I’m -beyond- tired, but we finally have arrived at our first
hotel. I guess it’s about 8 am California time, it’s about 6 pm here
…. and since we left at 2:30 yesterday, I might have had 3 or 4 hours
sleep.

We’re going to go get a snack now … see ya!
