(Friday at 8:30pm, Barcelona) Only have a minture here, as we’re just at the hotel collecting our bags on the way to the train station. The day was great, though … did a photoshoot with a local model, toured the town, saw an incredible marketplace of food, which Mark (chef) called “The best food market he’s ever seen.” He was totally blown away. Heading out to the sleeper train now … will post pictures as I can!

By the way, tomorrow night (it’s about 2 am Thursday/Friday right now) we’ll be on a sleeper car down to Cordoba or Granada (I forget), so I have no idea when I’ll be able to post again. I can assure you, though, tomorrow will be a day of -spectacular- photos.

For a moment there we wondered if heading down a dark, small alley
and being surrounded by a not-so-good looking group of guys was a bad

Yeah, forgot to mention that I calculated our paris layover
incorrectly, and it was only 3 hours … no time to go into town from
the airport. My impression of French people: they smoke so much that
vegas smells downright clean — like the rocky mountains! — compared
to how smoky everything is (including the restaurants) in the airport
….. cough cough …

So … Mark M and I went out for a bit while Mark O took a nap.

Okay … I’m -beyond- tired, but we finally have arrived at our first
hotel. I guess it’s about 8 am California time, it’s about 6 pm here
…. and since we left at 2:30 yesterday, I might have had 3 or 4 hours
sleep.
